Who we are looking for  

As a Sales Development Representative you will play an important role in the growth ambitions of our company.  While partnering up with our ambitious sales & marketing teams, you will build profound relationships in this people’s business by understanding the needs and wants of HR & payroll decision makers, qualify the potential for Adessa and open the doors for senior sales team members. Deep listening and aligned messaging are key to generate traction and create a difference in our markets.

Your role  

  • Represent Adessa by comprehensively understanding how our solutions meet the needs of the market through phone calls 
  • Follow-up on marketing leads, build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and create new potential sales opportunities. 
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales & marketing executives for next steps. 
  • Master our products & processes across the full employee life-cycle (from hire to retire) 
  • Develop your sales & self-leadership skills  
  • Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders 


What we expect from you 

  • You are a real initiator with a commercial mind 
  • You know how to make use of LinkedIn and Google to maximize your interaction with prospect. 
  • You have a commercial flair and a positive & energetic attitude 
  • You realize sales is not about talking, but as much about listening 
  • You express yourself fluently in English, both oral and written. 
  • German, French, Dutch or German as a second language.
  • You are passionate about connecting with people and the world of work/HR. 
  • You dare to think out-of-the-box and ignite your entrepreneurial spirit 
  • Self-starter with a track record of sales development activities OR  junior with a strong drive to learn
