Adessa Group Top New Sell Partner category in the Q2 2019 SAP Partner Excellence Awards
Adessa Group has been enrolled into the SAP Partner Excellence Hall of Fame, following the recent successful delivery of its SAP SuccessFactors qualified partner-packaged solution, Adessa EZ [pronounced: easy].
Adessa EZ – a full-suite rapid deployment solution designed for businesses of any size – is in the process of being rolled-out for one of Adessa Group’s key customers: a large and dynamic pan-European transportation business.
At the outset of 2019, Adessa Group’s customer was searching for an HR solution that was agile and would allow the company to become self-sufficient in the management and development of its internal and external workforce.
“Whichever HR solution they chose had to be able to serve as a Core HR module, allow unified reporting company-wide, and deliver strategic talent management to support the company’s growth and competitive edge,” explained Olivier Poot, Partner at Adessa Group.
“For the customer, that solution was SAP SuccessFactors: a scalable, future-proof solution that fully supports the recruiting, development and retention of its workforce.”
Adessa Group’s expedited delivery methodology, combined with its pre-packaged solution, meant the deployment team could initiate a roll-out quickly with full go-live expected in six months.
“It is a complex project with a very short timeline, but by combining our packaged solution approach with clear, on-going communications with our client, we are en route for success,” added Olivier.
Adessa Group’s close collaboration with SAP’s Barcelona-based sales team, together with its experienced resources, will all aid in a swift delivery.
